The Bernard family has been producing quality pure maple syrup since the early 19th century. While much has changed since those nostalgic days of endless nights of boiling in wood-fired evaporators, the family has preserved and religiously passed on their know-how to future generations of Bernards.

Today, the 5th generation of Bernard sugar masters continues to ensure the preparation of high-quality pure maple syrup that deserves to bear the family name, as required by the tradition of excellence bequeathed to them by their ancestors.
