The process is simple: maple syrup is boiled to a precise degree. This syrup is then stirred in a precise manner and left to rest. The next step is to taste the product.

We produce two pack sizes of granulated sugar: 2.6-gram sachets and 2.6-gram sticks (similar to white coffee sugar formats).

The secret of granulated maple sugar is simple: the maple syrup molecule is a powerful crystallizer. No other ingredients are needed to transform the syrup into granulated maple sugar.
