This is our fourth generation in the wonderful world of maple trees, forests and good maple syrup. We're proud to be at the cutting edge of technology with our new EcoVap electric evaporator, which enables us to make substantial savings on our maple syrup production costs, while producing virtually no greenhouse gas emissions, since no fuel oil is required to run the evaporator, only electricity.

Some will tell you that it's not like the old days, since with this evaporator there's no more steam during evaporation, because it's regenerated in the pipes and with the friction of the motor, which makes it possible to produce the wonderful maple syrup. We've been using this process since spring 2015, and we're more than satisfied with the time and money it saves us.
